Everything was good during 5 days, really enjoyed its marvellous location just next door to the center of the city, the bus stop and train station and the pedestrian precinct that starts at Ayuntamiento Square. My quiet room included exceptionally comfortable bed, central heating, an electronic key card and television. I got a bathtub too

The location was great and lovely for traveling around Santander, right by a fruit and fish market, and local cafes for breakfast, the ferry back to the UK, and a pedestrianized shopping street. The room was extremely pleasant and neat, with a private bathroom.

The staff were incredibly kind and always greeted us with smiles. the hotel provided excellent value for money. Despite a few minor inconveniences, we still recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.
